      Return & Exchange Conditions:

      • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by filling out the return form below.

      • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with Shift labels intact.

      • Returns of damaged products are limited to manufacturing defects only and do not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

      • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

      • We do not accept international returns.

      • If international orders are not collected within 21 days after shipment, the products may be disposed of by the shipping company without any responsibility from Shift.

      • This policy applies only to purchases made on our official website and does not cover distributors or retail stores.

      • If a customer used a free balance or promotional voucher, the refunded value will be returned to their digital store wallet and cannot be converted to cash.

      Refunds:

      • Refunds cover the product price only (excluding cash-on-delivery fees and shipping charges) and will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase, after the returned products have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

      • Refunds to credit/debit cards will be processed within 7–14 business days.

      • Refunds for cash-on-delivery payments will also be processed within 7–14 business days.
