• Accepted payment methods comply with global security standards, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (if available).
• All credit card transactions are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and we may contact you to choose an alternative payment method.
• No banking card information will be stored, in adherence to the highest security standards.

Account Management

• You can easily modify or update your personal information through your registered account.
• Upon request, we can:
  1. Update your personal information.
  2. Stop sending promotional messages.
  3. Delete your account as per your preference.

Pricing and VAT

• All prices include the applicable VAT at the time of order placement.
• Any changes in VAT rates will automatically reflect in product prices.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

• Cancellation:
  • Orders can be canceled before shipping without any fees.
  • If the order has been shipped, the customer bears the shipping and return costs.
• Returns/Exchanges:
  • Unused products in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the bank account within 14 business days.

Warranty and Manufacturing Defects

• All products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 2 years, as per the warranty policies in Saudi Arabia.
• The warranty applies only to the internal structure of the product and excludes damage caused by misuse.
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Discount Coupons and Promotions

• Discount Coupons:
  • Valid for a specific period and cannot be used after expiration.
  • Each coupon requires a minimum order amount to be activated.
• Promotional Offers:
  • Cash refunds are not applicable for free items included in offers, but they can be exchanged under the exchange policy.
  • Free shipping codes are allowed, but multiple discounts cannot be combined for the same order.

• You are allowed to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• The following actions are prohibited:
