At Shift, we offer a pre-order option to give you the chance to get our exclusive products before they are available in stock. This service allows you to secure your product in advance and sometimes benefit from special offers. Here’s how the pre-order process works:
How to Pre-Order:
- Select the product: If a product is available for pre-order, you will see a “Pre-Order” label on the product page.
- Complete the order: Add the product to your cart and proceed with payment as usual.
- Confirmation & tracking: You will receive a confirmation message with your order details and the expected delivery date.
Pre-Order Benefits:
- Reserve your product: Ensure you get the product as soon as it becomes available.
- Priority shipping: Pre-orders are prepared and shipped first.
- Exclusive offers: Sometimes we provide special discounts for pre-ordered items.
Delivery Information:
We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 15 to 30 days from the order date. If there are any changes to the delivery schedule, we will notify you immediately. If a pre-ordered product is included in any order, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.
Cancellation & Returns Policy:
You can cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
